My name is Kristina, and I work deeply within the wellness space. What began as me becoming a Yoga Instructor in 2019, has very quickly transformed into something much bigger. I'm deeply passionate about sustainability, community and wellness - I'd say these are at the core of most, if not all of the decisions that I make - which is why I host women's retreats with a focus on these important values. I love learning (and teaching others) about horticulture, holistic wellness, and history. Creating content is a massive creative outlet for me, and I love to share products that I would use in my day-to-day life.
