Sport & Fitness coach- train like an athlete

Hey Everyone! I am a 20 year old student athlete at Queen's University. I play on the varisty hockey team and I have grown up around heavy lifting and sports my whole life. I am now a CPT and I am determined and passionate about helping others reach thier full potential and live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I create fitness and sport content that is extremely energetic and upbeat. I am extremely passionate about being the best version of my self and I love being able to share it w you all!
