I am a university student hoping to spread informational content regarding the caloric and nutritional content of food. I primarily post what 100 calories of various foods looks like on TikTok, as well as showcase brands and items I think are great healthy alternatives. Moreover, I occasionally will upload recipes I find helpful and tasty. As for demographic, I currently have 169,339 followers (as of 12/13/2021); 77.7% female & 22.3% male, 50% in the USA, 10% in Canada, 4% in UK.
