I am a long time Pilates Instructor and Social Worker who creates inclusive fitness and body liberation content for folks who don’t feel safe or seen in traditional Pilates studios. Much of my audience are people in larger bodies, neurodivergent/disabled folks and fitness pros who think outside of the box. My age demo is 30+ My content ranges from fitness demonstrations, to fat representation to social commentary. I have also worked with like minded brands to create social media content that fits their messaging.

Who is your audience?
Much of my audience are fit pros who are interested in shifting the industry towards more inclusion and body diversity. I also have many followers who have felt in safe or unseen in fitness spaces. For instance larger bodies, older, neurodivergent, queer, chronically ill, disabled people. Many of my followers have a social justice lens as well.
