I'm a 34yr old mum of 4 who is incredibly passionate about teaching people to cook and enjoy themselves in the process. I love breaking down complex techniques and processes and simplifying things so you can actually understand and enjoy the cooking process and more importantly are confident to make changes to achieve result you want. I specialise in srilankan cuisine because I was born and raised in srilanka but I enjoy trying all different cuisines, cultures and experiences.
